Under the Personal Data Protection legislation, except for cases that fall within exceptions (e.g., explicitly provided for in laws, necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, legitimate interest, etc.), we request your explicit consent for the following matters regarding the processing and/or transfer of your personal data.
Under applicable data protection legislation; I have been informed through the Privacy Notice about the purposes for which my personal data will be processed by Deepp AI, to whom and for what purposes it may be transferred, the method and legal reasons for personal data collection, and my rights. In this context, I have read and understood the Privacy Notice.
1) Use of Visual-Audio Records and Sharing with International Transfer
For name-surname, title, image and voice recordings and comments and opinion sharing that may be taken during meetings, demos, workshops, training and event processes conducted by Deepp AI; my explicit consent for the use of these contents within the scope of Deepp AI's promotional/communication activities or implementation of projects carried out with business partners, and for the transfer of these contents to email, software, cloud computing and social media platforms whose servers may be located abroad will be separately declared by me (I give/do not give).
2) Infrastructure/Supplier Related International Transfers
Due to my completion of Deepp AI web forms, use of support/call systems, email providers, CRM and project tools, or the systems where my data is stored/processed being located abroad; my explicit consent regarding the international transfer of my identity and contact data when shared with Deepp AI's business partners, suppliers and service providers located abroad will be separately declared by me (I give/do not give).
3) Commercial Electronic Communication Consent
Within the framework of the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and relevant legislation; my consent (commercial electronic communication permission) for sending informational, promotional, advertising, promotional and marketing messages about Deepp AI products/services, campaigns and events through email, SMS, phone call and WhatsApp/messaging channels will be obtained according to my preferences. I know that I can withdraw my consent at any time.
Nature of Consent, Withdrawal and Record Keeping
Explicit consent is approval given on a specific matter, based on information and free will. Not giving consent does not result in adverse consequences as long as it does not prevent the provision of core services. I can withdraw my consent at any time I wish, with effect for the future. Records regarding consent (date-time, method/channel, text version and IP/device information if necessary) are kept in accordance with legislation within the scope of proof obligations.
